They gave me back 65 dollars of the 800 dollar bill for the service. There is no reason they need to rotate the tires on a sixty thousand mile service. They don't know the last time you had your tires rotated. They never asked when you last had tires rotated. They need to hand out a sheet showing what is included in the service to be preformed and go over it with the customer before they do the service. I bought a new 2009 Subaru forester, and a new 2015 Subaru forester from maple hill auto. They make you feel like you have no say in what they do on the service. If I don't want the brake fluid changed or if I don't want air filters and new plug wires, then I don't want maple hill telling me I have no choice, they make you feel like you are a cheap skate if you want to change your air filters yourself and save thirty dollars for ten minutes of work. I decide what I want done on the service. I will not have my Subarus serviced at maple hill auto anymore. You can keep your free tire rotation. I buy my tires from kens tire in allegan. Rotation and balance are free every six thousand miles. Bell tire does the same. They also repair the tires free. More

My only minor complaint would be the service counter not paying attention to details or requests. When I checked in I mentioned that I needed them to call my phone and not my husbands (as he works nights and would be sleeping). She made note of the preferred contact number on her iPad and starred my number on the printed out sheet. Three hours later when they called to let me know my car was ready, they called my husbands phone twice. When I picked my car up I made the decision to take his number off the account completely, and they did apologize. Overall, we are happy with our experience. More

Slow service, need better communication on length of service Oil change, Brake inspection, routine filters and I 1 was there from 1:15 to approximately 4:45 and did not even get my free car wash. Since they went to the make a scheduled appointment vs. the old drive in when ever, I feel like it takes longer than it ever did when I just drove in to get an oil change and was out in an hour. More

This dealership is very friendly, helpful, clean service area. Even the customer waiting area is very pleasant. The whole experience at this dealership has been a very good experience and I would sure go back again at any time. More
