Repeat repair with no accountability Had my 2013 VW Passat in for a second time to replace the heater core. Last fixed in Feb 2017 for the exact same issue. Car was fixed quickly which was appreciated and the correspondence was good from Mike Huffman. Upon going in to get my car, however, the Service Manager, Steve Westra, took no accountability to offer a discount, credit, or to take the lead in contacting VW directly about what appears to be poor quality parts (to have failed so quickly again). I stated that if I was charged in full that VW would lose a customer. We have bought 2 vehicles through MH and have 3 upcoming drivers. $700 was the total bill. I was told to call VW and take it up with them. Seems to me MH loses on this long term.....certainly wasn't my intention but I'm glad I have a choice and can move on from them. I have told my friends and family about this disappointing experience. Integrity and values matter most to me. Jason Heystek More

He was excellent at keeping us informed of progress while the dealership searched for our Santa Fe. Phil made follow up calls to answer any questions that might have arisen after the sale. Our overall experience with Maple Hill Auto Group deserves an A+. More
Poor communication This is the second time this yr that I have brought my car in for service. 1st time was May. It was longer than expected and i felt rushed out the d This is the second time this yr that I have brought my car in for service. 1st time was May. It was longer than expected and i felt rushed out the door as it was close to closing time even though I have an appt. I asked about my car and I was told.. " they didn't say anything. " I paid and never got the paperwork on my car. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and a new alarm light on my dashboard. I got there about 730 am. It was not busy. The first thing I did was I asked for a copy my paperwork from my last visit. The check in person said who helped youI think this was Heather. I stated it was her. She didn't say much but this was the last time I saw her on my visit yesterday. She told me we will get you out by 0900 am. After a few extras (light bulb, new filter, wipers and rotated my tires) my car was done or so I thought. I asked about the sensor. Nothing was documented when she went over my paperwork. I asked about the tire alarm light. She went back to check as nothing was addressed on my paperwork where it clearly stated i was there for the new alarm/tire light check. When she came back she repeated what the tech said " he didn't know which one." So back to the waiting room I went to wait for something that should have been done the first time. By 1145 I was out the door. My May visit was over $400, this oil change visit plus extras was over $280. Granted it was stuff that needed to be done. But for those amts the service had better be good-great. There were too many people shuffling me around. I love my Subaru. I have 50,000 miles- its 5 years old, purchased new and never a problem except the service. Someone needs to fix these issues or I may reconsider my next purchase or dealership. And that may be next yr...... just saying. More
