When I narrowed my search down to a Certified Pre Owned Ford Explorer, I found a great selection online at Maplecrest Ford of Mendham. One 2018 Explorer in particular caught my interest, although their entire inventory looked great. I went to test drive the one I liked and James provided a professional, low pressure sales experience. His service from test drive through closing the deal was the best experience I've had buying a car. And then after the sale James went above and beyond by spending time explaining all the technological features of my new Explorer, syncing my phone, setting up the FordPass app, etc. Overall a great experience. Emma made the stressful experience of purchasing a new/used truck a pleasure. I was short on time to make the purchase and her attention to detail, knowledge of vehicles, professional style and commun new/used truck a pleasure. Great experience.
