Charles is the best. I’ve never purchased a car through Charles or Maple Crest of Mendham, but me and chuck have known each other for a while. Right car, great price, easy process. Found the Ford Edge Sport and couldn't believe the price. Met with James and between test drive and paperwork probably spent a total of 45 minutes. After a lengthy drive, Mickey went through the various features that could be added or subtracted to the model I liked. This dealership is actually a bit of a trip from where I live but they were the only ones that had a reasonable deal on the specific car I wanted.
