I made an emergency visit to this service department because of a tire puncture. The problem was taken care of immediately and they also performed two more warranty services while I was there saving me because of a tire puncture. Windshield was cracked by a pebble on highway. When I bought my car, Rivera Honda had an incentive program. My insurance did not have glass in stock. Rivera Honda fixed my window and drove the car to me. I am close to two hours away. That’s concierge service. I buy all my cars from Rivera either Toyota’s or Honda’s. Both dealerships know what relationships mean and treat their customers like family. Please give them a shot, you won’t regret it!!!!! More
