Horrid experience in the sales and service dept. I had an appointment for my car to be checked on a Wednesday morning. The car was not checked for days! My car ended up being in your shop for 7 days! I had an appointment for my car to be checked on a Wednesday morning. The car was not checked for days! My car ended up being in your shop for 7 days! That time frame is unacceptable. I could understand if it took that many days to fix a car. However, your company overbooked cars and my car was simply sitting there. I had no choice but to rent a car. Secondly, while we were there, my wife saw a truck she liked. We filled out the paperwork and the gentleman that took care of us was supposed to call us the next day and give us some information. He said he had to speak with the manager. He sent one text the next day stating that he was still checking on it. He never got back to us. Again, unacceptable and very unprofessional. We had a horrid experience and therefore would definitely not recommend your business to anyone. Professionalism is imperative when I am making any sort of transaction and the lack of it by your salesperson makes me sad for your company. More
