It was a horrible experience. I was told there were two vehicles in front of mine for transmission work when I dropped it off, magically 5 weeks later there were still two vehicle I was told there were two vehicles in front of mine for transmission work when I dropped it off, magically 5 weeks later there were still two vehicles in front of mine I was told by Matt. I had to show up in person twice to get an update on my truck because Matt Burk didn't return my calls or voicemail. I was told at one point that they were waiting on a new transmission to come in from GM, then a few days before the truck was completed all the sudden they were just replacing parts of my transmission. No clear communication at all throughout the entire process. No loaner for 7 weeks was also xxxxxxxx... Having to borrow my father in laws truck the whole time. It wasn't until I escalated the issue to corporate GM warranty service complaints and filed a claim that I started getting answers and 3 days later my truck happened to be done instead of pushed to the back burner more. I was made to feel like because dealerships make about half as much from warranty work as straight cash from other customers, that mine was being put off as long as possible. More
