We leased a vehicle from you three years ago, we ask that all the paperwork be ready before we got up there. Three years later, we went to go and purchase that leased vehicle And called her head gave all of her information for the credit so the applications could be ready and we just had to go there and sign. Nothing was done. We had to sit there for over an hour when we were told that everything would have already been ready for us. More

I don’t think I received timely updates what was going on with the repair on my vehicle. Vehicle was at your facility for one week and I never received a call or text from the service advisor. I had to call with the repair on my vehicle. Vehicle was at your facility for one week and I never received a call or text from the service advisor. I had to call to get status. Then when I called he never answered the phone and had to leave messages. I had to leave multiple messages before I finally got a chance to speak with him. It is near impossible to get a hold of your service advisor. More

Check in was quick, my needs for my vehicle we were addressed properly. Service was done quickly, only thing was my tires were supposed to have been rotated but they put the rear driver side tire back addressed properly. Went to the service department to get a new ignition key. Took over 2 hours. The agent said the key cutter machine was broke so they had to change the shank out from the old key.
