I took truck in 6 months ago for same issue and the did not fix it and was supposed to call me as to when they had the parts. Never got called. Had 7 am appointment. At dealer - said could not work on car till 11am. If unable to work on car till 11, why bring me into dealer 4 hours early? Wasted 4 hours of my day. I took my truck in to get the passenger CV joint replaced got told it would be about a day didn’t get it back until 2 days later. I was very disappointed with the amount of time it took for my service. I had made an appt. for 8 AM. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there early and only waited about 5-10 min to get my servi for my service. I had made an appt. for 8 AM. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there early and only waited about 5-10 min to get my service written up, I thought it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. I was very wrong. The time went on and on and I never got any kind of update from anyone. I was not the only one getting impatient there were several others. Finally I noticed the service writer outside and asked him about by car. He said it was ready now and would finish the paperwork. How much longer would I have waited if I didn't ask. It was 10:49, almost 3 hours when I paid for my service. I also had to wait 5-10 min for my car to be brought up. I was also very surprised to be charged 24.95 to rotate the tires. I know you can do better! More
