Hi, I bought my car there and really like it. I never had a problem with anyone before. But things have changed. First nobody answers the phone. The operator answer at first but when you are transferring to a problem with anyone before. But things have changed. First nobody answers the phone. The operator answer at first but when you are transferring to service, no one answers. I get a message for them to call me back but no one has ever call me back. The communication between service is not right. It’s a bit confusing, I had asked not for some service done and they still have did it and charge me. For instance, having my tires rotated, i said no to rotating my tires and they still did it. I feel like the service personnel is stressed, to much going on at once. However, you still should give them credit on try to give good customer service. More

Nobu, the gentleman that was my contact was top notch but the service it self was not. My truck went in on a Wednesday for a warranty issue with the windshield and I didn’t get my truck back till a week la the service it self was not. My truck went in on a Wednesday for a warranty issue with the windshield and I didn’t get my truck back till a week later. First, it took them a day to figure out what I knew all along which there was a leak on the seal for the windshield. The next day the windshield company didn’t show up until the truck me of the day to make the repair but they broke the windshield when removing it which I understand can happen when making the repair but maybe the job should not have been done until they had a replacement on hand. Which they did not so it took another 5 days to get the windshield. Once the windshield arrived the windshield people did not show up to install it till the following day Thursday. More
Everything that I brought my vehicle in for I was told is not covered under warranty. I was told that the heater was not working due to wires rubbing together not sure why that would not be covered.
