No one ever answers the phone for the service department, so scheduling a service appointment is such a hassle. The phone goes to someone at the front desk every time you try to reach the service department so scheduling a service appointment is such a hassle. The phone goes to someone at the front desk every time you try to reach the service department and they’re unable to help with scheduling. Actually getting someone on the phone in order to schedule a service appointment is frustrating, takes way too long, and almost feels like a waste of time. It makes you want to drive to a whole other dealership, and I live down the street from Mark Christopher. If that doesn’t illustrate a realistic & constant frustration with the scheduling side, then I don’t know what will. I’ve even gone out of my way to drive to Riverside for the simple fact that they answer their phones, help with scheduling and then send text/email confirmations with the date and time. I hope someone reads this and takes it seriously. More
