Took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on Monday, October 25th. I had an appointment at 11:30 am. My vehicle was not checked in until 12:15 pm. My service work was not c rotation on Monday, October 25th. I had an appointment at 11:30 am. My vehicle was not checked in until 12:15 pm. My service work was not completed until 4:45 pm. Four hours and 30 minutes for routine service works seems excessive. I think you.need to review your service capacity compared to your scheduling. More
