$2800 to replace the AC condenser and it lasted three days. No loaner car offered. No shuttle service to work. For the second repair I arrived at 5:07 to pick up my car and they would not acknowledge me days. No loaner car offered. No shuttle service to work. For the second repair I arrived at 5:07 to pick up my car and they would not acknowledge me at the door even though there was no charge. I had to Uber home then Uber back the following morning. They brought my car out and when I started to drive away I noticed the porter had thrown the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat in the back seat. This is not the Mark Christopher I knew years ago. Terrible experience at every level. I will never come back nor will I buy another car from them. More
Brought car in was told there was no rentals so I stayed at dealership. Fours go by told car is ready. Get in and what I brought it in for clearly wasn’t fixed. This is the second time in a row I’ve waited over 3 hours for my oil change, and wasn’t notified that it was complete until I Poor communication 1. This is the second time in a row I’ve waited over 3 hours for my oil change, and wasn’t notified that it was complete until I had to ask. 2. Also after my first 3 hour wait, after paying the cashier she notified the team to bring my car, after waiting 25min they forgot, had to re-ask the cashier and waited another 10+ minutes. 3. My coupon wasn’t added to my oil change after scheduling via the MyChevrolet app. Ended up paying an extra $20 (Recommend a text notification when services are complete, also the complimentary car wash seems to be gone as well) Mark Christopher has been the only dealer I’ve taken my Camaro to since purchase, but slowly things have declined in terms of service quality.
