Brought my car from this dealership, which is the reason why i come out of my way to drop my car off for maintance at this location. but will no longer do business with them due to constantly haveing proble why i come out of my way to drop my car off for maintance at this location. but will no longer do business with them due to constantly haveing problems after Visiting the service department. Each time i drop my car off less then a few days later I will be back to fix another problem i didn't have before drop my car off. And i no longer believe that they actually do the 16 point inspections on cars because i can see other wise. Due to problems that could of been avoided this my last visit but with the experience i will be takeing my business elsewhere. More

Drop off was smooth, everyone was very kind and helpful, and the work was done fairly quickly. 2nd time i bring my vehicle and this was bad horrible expererience i didnt get phone call and when ive called they hung up so i had to drive myself to the dealership and thean advisor just didnt want to expererience i didnt get phone call and when ive called they hung up so i had to drive myself to the dealership and thean advisor just didnt want to hear me out ive told them that i was promised my vehicle before 4hr labor and i agreed for an oil change eventhough ive never received any notifications how my vehicle was going ..after i said i rely on my vehicle for my business ive told them i dont like looking bad with my clients as this dealer did to me i felt like " heres your invoice and pay" ..i said in response i know you dealership dont make money on oil changes but at least honor your service..i made an appt and was the second in line and still took 4hrs+ and it took for me to request my vehicle in person instead of them calling me that its ready..one last thing the tech that brought my vehicle didnt even have covid protocols and sneezed inside my vehicle then grabbed my steering wheel no respect for client vehicle i personnally didnt appreciate that..i just hope this experience doesnt happen to noone else..no communication between client and advisor More
