The customer service is great! The front desk administrator assisted me when I needed direction. The cost of repairs was not reasonable. Took too long for an oil change. Not used to waiting for so long with my Acura. I now have a Cadillac and was disappointed that the service center for Cadillac is shut down. I may try West Covina. The people were polite but it did take 15 minutes before anyone greeted me to intake my car. I probably rated a three because generally, the service is poor most places because of Covid. More
