Customer service is non-existent. So you have to figure it out. The service department needs a whole new staff willing to help. Waited in line no one to direct traffic. I will be taking my car else where from now on. I used get a car wash and possibly charge my EV. More

I bought my 2007 Escalade here and when I had a airbag recall, I waited on a callback list for over 5 years for the repair - no fault of Cadillac, however when I was finally notified the parts were availa recall, I waited on a callback list for over 5 years for the repair - no fault of Cadillac, however when I was finally notified the parts were available Cadillac Service has NO record of my vehicle in the system.
