Frank (Fleet Department) was the only salesman in LA, Orange, and Riverside counties that would order a Denali Yukon for us, not an exaggeration. After waiting and no response from other salesmen I drove to Mark Christopher the day before Thanksgiving and spoke to Frank. He assured me he would take care of it and would make it happen. Ture to his word he "fought" with GMC and made them take the order. 5 months later, my wife's Denali just how she wanted it, arrived in town. My pet peeve of buying a car is the paperwork to actually purchase the car. Why does it take 2-3 hours to type up paperwork and sit in that little room while they try to get you to buy all these extras. Not this time. Frank and his team had all (yes all) the paperwork typed with stickers on where to sign. It took me less than 30 mins (maybe 20) to actually buy the car. Holy Smokes, it was like an actual miracle. I loved the no-nonsense, non-game playing deal I got from Frank. In my opinion. Figure out the car you want; be patient and go order it from Frank. More

Took my car for a engine rebuilt wasted a quartof oil with in 2000 miles they also suggested to replace the power steering pump because I told them the steering was stiff at a stand still I returned it 3 with in 2000 miles they also suggested to replace the power steering pump because I told them the steering was stiff at a stand still I returned it 3 weeks later because it was still hard to turn I picked it up 2 weeks ago and it's still hard to turn...I think I spent 700 on something that wasn't the problem More

All in all we had a pretty good experience. This was the only dealership we could find in CA that had the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was dirty when we arrived and head a stained headliner indicating a l only dealership we could find in CA that had the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was dirty when we arrived and head a stained headliner indicating a leak. The service dept. found the leak but it could not be repaired that day. This all should have been done prior to putting the vehicle on the lot. I had to take a day and a half off to get the repair done. Needed a new headliner and rear window. Price was ok but nothing to brag about. More
