Came in without an appointment and was helped out in less than 15 min. The first person to help me was a mechanic I believe but he was the one that made sure I was helped as soon as possible. Purchased from here but local dealer refused to service my check engine light. Blamed it on a faulty reading. Yea of on/off check engine light. I arrived at 8:30 for my 9:00 appointment. Ray greeted me and was very friendly. Jaime took a look at my car, identified the problem, and told me they needed to order a part and that it would not be long. Th and was very friendly. They must have forgotten to tell the lady at the front that the car was done. I kept asking and they said it wasn’t done. At 5:15 I went to the service area to say I need my car. It was finished, had been moved and no one let me know. Very long and frustrating day. More
