I took my Cadillac XT5 in and was surprised to sre they had merged all brands services into one and as such there was an extensive line of cars. Someone approached me and told me his name was Jeff and had merged all brands services into one and as such there was an extensive line of cars. Someone approached me and told me his name was Jeff and he was the manager he apologized for the inconvenience and a service writer talk care of me and my oil service was performed very fast and I was back on the road. Clearly I would recommend MCAC to anyone with a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac. More

Horrible customer service. I was told to bring my car in so my husband and I took a day off to come in and the gentleman was trying to charge me $300.
