Not impressed, my car is under warranty and part of that warranty is a loner car when your in in the shop. Normally they say I won’t have a car ready for 2 weeks, that’s Unacceptable. This time they said we are not loaning cars due to COVID, you can work on my car but not help your customers? I also called Crestview and they said they were loaning cars. When I picked up my car they handed my keys back with no protection, no gloves, they didn’t clean my car or even wipe it down, doesn’t seem to be very worried. This is the third time it’s been in the shop for the same thing. I had a young ladie help me out she was nice but didn’t have any idea what she was doing, everytime I had a question she would put me on hold to ask what to tell me, that made for a long call with little answer. More

Service was done correctly and timely. When I got home I noticed my driver door has several deep scratches. Disappointed I did not see them or inspect my truck before o left premises. I dropped my truck off for service with a morning appointment and a check engine light. The check engine light was a very minor (book said 90 min fix) even after having my truck all day they did not appointment and a check engine light. I had previously explained I needed my truck for a trip the next morning. I asked how long it would take to fix the next day and they said no later then 1000. I asked if it was done sooner to please call me as I was still going to attempt the trip and I would be waiting for it. At 0900 I called for an updated and was told it was done and I could pick it up. After picking up the truck the oil life had not been reset making me question if the service was even done. More

Service was about 30 minutes faster than before covid. They didn't ask if I wanted my car washed.
