Happy but not happy When I called to make appointment for Software Update recall for Volts, a service representative, name Robert was very unprofessional and rude. He even didn’t know there is a recall for this particular software update. He asked me to get the VIN without a magic word “PLEASE”. Very annoying. Luckily, when I brought in the car on the date scheduled, a service agent name Juan greeted me very professional, courteous, pleasant and friendly. Kudos for Juan. Just because of this Robert personality, I lower the star to 4. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. More
