Excellent customer service This dealers service dept has excellent customer service there was a long line to get in the service department I actually arrived an hour early befor This dealers service dept has excellent customer service there was a long line to get in the service department I actually arrived an hour early before my appt of 9am bt by the time they got to me i got checked in around 845am bt it was ok Bcz once i was able to speak with Eric and Julie they were great...listened to all my concerns made small tlk didn’t try to rush me out of their way and made my entire ordeal manageable down to the shuttle driver who were both quite good too ...bt i highly recommend to not set an appt with the service or the shuttle if u haven’t cleared up ur day Bcz they won’t be able to run on a time schedule n u may have to wait More

Bought a new 2019 Chevy Colorado The salesman Johnny Mendoza was amazing but he is the only one. All of his co-workers are either awkward or did not do what they say they would do. When you put a down payment of $20,000 in cash like I did you think that you would get the bed of the truck actually washed and dried for a “detailed” truck. I asked their salesman Vince to have their service manager Rodney call me but he didn’t. I hope that is not how they treat their customers that just bought a truck. What happened to the brand new floor mats that were in the truck when I test drive the truck but didn’t get see them when I bought the truck? I was really disappointed when I left the lot. I should of just bought a truck cash from a different dealership and probably will do that in the future. I did meet a mechanic named Brett at a grocery store the next day and he told me how to properly care for the truck which was nice but he personally went above and beyond and that was not even at his work. More
