Poor customer Servise poor Servise .. Had very little customer service when replacing the engine of Sierra Denali. There is no words to express how awful a feel about your poor service both customer and mechanical. I will be seeking legal advice. More

delivery We signed paperwork with salesperson Saturday, not once did they mention we had to see the finance department, we were already approved with our credi We signed paperwork with salesperson Saturday, not once did they mention we had to see the finance department, we were already approved with our credit union for well above the cost of the vehicle. The vehicle was at a dealer in Torrance so had to be picked up. My question is why didn't Kyle have all the proper paperwork with him and deliver the vehicle in Buena Park rather then driver back to Ontario with it. We were told the vehicle would be delivered to our home on Sunday by 3:00 so made plans around that time. received a number of calls regarding the vehicle. Received call saying on his way at 5:00 to dealer the vehicle. Received a call at 5:30 from finance department saying finishing paperwork so vehicle can be delivered. I talked to salesman at 5:45 and was still at dealer. Called back around 6:15 salesman was still at dealer so decided to cancel because of the run around we received from the dealership More
