Only thing that I was told was that everything was okay. I did not get any form, as in the past, telling me of the status (good/okay/needs attention) of each component inspected. I always used the form and its results to prepare me for the next service visit to include potential service required and associated costs. Now I have NO clue. More

Made an appointment and salesmen never showed up! This is a longer than normal process I have been talking to a salesman Tyler I have to admit he wasn’t as a intently listen to much of what I had to This is a longer than normal process I have been talking to a salesman Tyler I have to admit he wasn’t as a intently listen to much of what I had to say he could never remember what I was going to by .i was flying from Nebraska to purchase this Cadillac and he knew that I confirmed with him on Thursday flying back that I would be there on at morning . He said ok Friday I get a call from the dealer ship confirming my arrival time I arrive sat morning at 8:39 am and Tyler was not there . Now they didn’t t know what I wanted and Tyler didn’t pass any details along to the next salesman that will be talking to me so it’s a restart from scratch. The Cadillac that I wanted was not on the lot as I could see and they realized it was in there off lot that he had to go and get . 30 minutes goes by and the sub shows up dirty and never been detail or cleaned on-the out side. Now deal making standard dealer ship crap I am an experienced car buyer and treated me like a person that was stupid. I knew the price the discount and had all papers they needed my trade in was washed cleaned and empty of stuff looked great I knew what the trade valve was and I had a check from the credit union so I was per approved by them and I didn’t need to get any money from the dealership bank. But that didn’t stop them for trying to convince me to take there deal. I told them give me my keys back and I’m leaving there are to many dealerships around to put up with this. Any more the tummne changed and all they did was continue to make me made mad . 3 times I demanded my key back and each time they stopped screwing around the fear of losing a deal on a truck that has sat on the lot for over 90 days was more important to them to allow me to leave. This is a 98,000 dollar sale for cash wow I could go in but you get the message they treat people like we are stupid and I understand the 4 square approach that the dealership use to suck people into buying a car . But that not me . I rating of a 2 is me being nice . More
