Not happy with service provided. I made an appointment for 7am. I waited in the waiting area for 3 hours and nobody has come out to give me a diagnosis of my car. I went back to the advisor that helped me and he passes the buck to another advisor which had no idea of what was going on. Waited 15 minutes for Ray to come back and tell me the diagnosis which was the thermostat and a price of $1,100.00. $200.00 roughly in parts and $950 in labor. I was just in 2 weeks for a replacement of my transmission which ran me $5,700.00, labor for that was like $1,100.00 and remainder in parts which took 2 days and it was much of a bigger repair. For labor on my thermostat was a big RIP-Off, the total time spent on my car was at the most 1 hour and it was done. I honestly feel taken advantage of because of me being a woman. I have been a long time customer and the advisor that usually helps me was on vacation and he is on it all the time. Gives me the diagnosis within an hour. I also explained my issue with the live chat person and was going to have a manager call me, as of yet no call. Totally disappointed, hope Mark Christopher Chevrolet can make this right. Avo the service rep and travis the electrical tech are the best! They are by far are the nicest most honest people I've met. Ive dealt with almost all local chevrolet dealerships in the area and i must ad the best! They are by far are the nicest most honest people I've met.
