My experience with Alex & Jerry was fine. Alex did a good job of explaining everything about my buying experience. The only issue I had was that I explained to everyone involved that I was not interested in purchasing any extended warranties or other options. The F&I person put the ‘hard sell’ to me on several different options. She explained to me that if I purchased any of these options that I would lose my 0% financing which was the SOLE reason I was making my purchase. When I got home, the windshield washer reservoir light came on. Upon inspection, I had to fill the washer reservoir to the correct level. Also, all of my tires were 10+ pounds too high according to the factory specs on the driver door jamb. Other than that, everything was good. More
