I have been coming to this dealership for my service for years Juan is my service advisor. He tells me the truth unlike some other dealerships that just lie to you because service advisors get paid on commi years Juan is my service advisor. I get it but Juan tells the truth if I really need the service he will tell me if I can go a little longer he will tell me. I wouldn't go to anyone else. The service from him is excellent I've never had any problems with my vehicle and I will continue to go there. More
The oil used on our car was not the right one, The car was running like crap after the oil change. Had to Take it back in yesterday to have it redone. Today I get in my car and it is running much better, was running like crap after the oil change. Had to Take it back in yesterday to have it redone. Today I get in my car and it is running much better, but all of my stations on my favorites have been deleted by the service department. I should have never had to take my car in twice to get an oil change done correctly. And no one should be touching my stations or anything else in my vehicle I am very disappointed. More
I arrived at 10:20am was not checked in until 10:57am. I waited and waited for my car to be serviced. No one gave me any information. After seeing everyone that was there before and after me leave, I went t waited and waited for my car to be serviced. No one gave me any information. After seeing everyone that was there before and after me leave, I went to the cashier to inquire about my vehicle. She looked it up and said it was not ready this was about 3:00pm . At about 4:00pm the agent who checked me in came by and said he would check on my car it was still not ready. At 4:30 he told me my car was ready I went to the cashier and paid $145.00 plus and told to wait outside for my car. I worker pulled up with some keys and gave them to me said my car was over there. I said where, he pointed and I said that was not my car. He said it matched what he had on the invoice. I insisted that was not my car. He went to check with the agent who checked me in again I waited no response from anyone. I went inside to the agents desk he said they found my car but it had not been serviced yet. Sent me to the cashier for a refund. She made a nasty comment about me paying on my next visit. I didn’t respond too upset. Walked out got in my car and left. More
