I say the same thing every time I do this review. I come here only because of the top notch service from our advisor Nobu Damon. He has treated myself and family like royalty for 25 years or so. My service advisor Jackie was great. Very difficult to talk to the service department. Transfer to many people number of times before I will get to the right person. When I arrived people weren’t very friendly either. It didn’t used to be like this. it is obvious there is new management in place and people are very unhappy working there. I will be moving to another Chevy for my next service. More
Service for my Cadillac used to be outstanding before all cars were consolidated at the Chevy service center. Now I have to wait twice as long and some services not performed.
