Took my car for a engine rebuilt wasted a quartof oil with in 2000 miles they also suggested to replace the power steering pump because I told them the steering was stiff at a stand still I returned it 3 with in 2000 miles they also suggested to replace the power steering pump because I told them the steering was stiff at a stand still I returned it 3 weeks later because it was still hard to turn I picked it up 2 weeks ago and it's still hard to turn...I think I spent 700 on something that wasn't the problem More

Mike was great when he was there. This time we took my daughters truck in for appointment for 815,we arrived at 800 and they got to us at 820. I asked how long and the girl said about 2 hours, so I called daughters truck in for appointment for 815,we arrived at 800 and they got to us at 820. I asked how long and the girl said about 2 hours, so I called for a ride. Good thing because I didn't receive a call until 245 and Juan said it was done and everything looked good. We go to pick up the truck after my daughter gets off work and it was closed, but service manager was there and got her truck. We drove home and my daughter said the check engine light is on,I immediately called and the guy said he would have the service manager call in the morning. I waited all day for call and never got one. I called the next morning and left a message, I even called Dino the guy I spoke with this a couple of years earlier since he helped the last time. Dino didn't return my call but Matt the service manager called and said to bring it in so he could have it checked out. More
My seat is now lose and rattling after the removed it to work on the seat belt. You tried to charge me over $500.00 to repair it because you said it had to be replaced but when I said no you were able to fi work on the seat belt.
