Took my Escalade in for service because the transmission was shifting hard. They told me the fluid needed changing. While they were working on it I had them change the engine oil. Now it leaks. Was quoted $85 for an oil change and after rushing over after work to make my appointment at 12:00pm and waiting in line, I was told it would be $151 with tire rotation, that’s a $66 difference, and when I after work to make my appointment at 12:00pm and waiting in line, I was told it would be $151 with tire rotation, that’s a $66 difference, and when I questioned it, I was told they quoted me for a larger diesel truck and my diesel truck was much smaller, that’s why it costs more???... I did give all my trucks information when getting the quote. I feel like they lied and didn’t care about making it right or keeping a customer. Not happy... PS. The actual mechanic was great and the facility was clean.... no car wash included, and not open on weekends. More
