Salesman that sold me the car was ok. I say ok because if knew I drove out of my way to by at your location and your used car manager didn’t want to match the online offer I had with your dealership on quote knew I drove out of my way to by at your location and your used car manager didn’t want to match the online offer I had with your dealership on quote. 400.00 was the amount he didn’t want to match. Second complaint is towards the finance guy that handle my transaction. He was a smart xxx unprofessional and tried to add an insurance policy without even making me aware of it.. I didn’t realize it was on my invoice until after I had to drive 25 miles to return my trade-in vehicle to a dealership in Cerritos, when I returned to pick up my vehicle from your dealership they had me sitting waiting for this guy an hour and a half so that he can remove the charge from my contract. For those reasons I will never recommend your dealership or return. More
