Salesman that sold me the car was ok. Second complaint is towards the finance guy that handle my transaction. He was a smart xxx unprofessional and tried to add an insurance policy without even making me aware of it.. I didn’t realize it was on my invoice until after I had to drive 25 miles to return my trade-in vehicle to a dealership in Cerritos, when I returned to pick up my vehicle from your dealership they had me sitting waiting for this guy an hour and a half so that he can remove the charge from my contract. For those reasons I will never recommend your dealership or return. More

They had my car over a month when they said it’s be a week, and when I returned their rental with full gas and washed like they said but when they give my car back it’s covered in dirt and dust. My vehicle heater needed repair. I scheduled an appointment and took my car in at the appointed time. They took my car right in, made repairs and called me to come get it in pretty short order. I scheduled service appointment for 930am. They took my vehicle in 1hr later!! So my question is what’s the whole point of having set an appointment days prior!!
