Appreciate you reaching out Jeff but if you look over my service hsitory, oil changes take an average of 3-4 hours, replacing the rubber seal on the back drivers side door, the same. Each time I go, Im told an hour so I sit in the lobby only to get pissed because everytime I asked, Im told "Theyre wrapping up the service on your suv" and it still takes 1-2 hours to get the truck back. Most of the customers sitting in the waiting area (before covid) would be just as irritated as me over the wait time for their own vehicles. This last time was the final straw. Its not something you can fix, its a pattern of negligence and utter disregard for customer service.
