Took my truck to have the tail hair busting replaced. Also had a recall. My appointment was at 8 AM and the truck wasn’t ready until 10 AM the next day. This is my 3rd time using Mark Christopher for oil change services. I was able to schedule my appointments over the phone and got same day or next day appointments. My last appointment was on a Friday at 1 services. I was able to schedule my appointments over the phone and got same day or next day appointments. My last appointment was on a Friday at 11:30 am, which was a very busy day. When I received my car, right at closing, the driver side door and passenger side door were dripping with oil, dirt, grease. Both the driver and passenger side Exterior bottom doors were dusted with mechanical residue and two additional miles were added. I was just a little confused with the mileage since I thought all mechanical services were completed at the dealership. I’m dumbfounded. What adventure did my vehicle go on? More

We have used Mark Christopher several times. They have a good service department. Our 2018 GMC 2500 pickup needed a wheel alignment, radio and dashboard update and a recall notice for something in the engin good service department. Made an appointment with Julie in your Service Department to have my car mats installed and license plates put on my car.
