So I took my suburban today for an AC service 8am sharp was about the 9th car or so anyways I found out once they took it apart that my evap was leaking so they replaced it and had my car out in 3-4 hours was about the 9th car or so anyways I found out once they took it apart that my evap was leaking so they replaced it and had my car out in 3-4 hours which is standard for a busy times didn't mind at all ... I had asked one of the employees or management if there was fast food near by he continued to tell me it was about 1 mile away so I decided to stay and have vending machine snacks instead of walking in the heat .... then suddenly out of the blue the same guy showed up and brought me el pollo loco 2 burritos and a taco and some of my favorite green avocado salsa like he knew me or something anyways that act alone made me a customer for life this is my second car from them and more to come down the road .... not all hero's wear capes. Very disappointed. Had them check my truck. I couldn't open it. I was told I needed a new latch and it would cost approx $400. I discovered it was a fuse. Why wasn't that checked first? open it. This was my 1st time getting an oil change at Mark Christopher and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. I had an appointment at 1pm and i waited nearly 2 hours with no one giving an update on t Christopher and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. I had an appointment at 1pm and i waited nearly 2 hours with no one giving an update on the long wait. I usually get my oil change at Hardin Buick and if they are taking long, they always keep the customer updated on delays and with Hardin Buick you always get a courtesy car wash (not that way with Mark Christopher) it just seems I get more for my buck at Hardin... the last few times at Hardin Buick, I paid 59.95 and received an oil change, tire rotation & a car wash-I paid the same price at Mark Christopher and only received an oil change. More
