Oil change took 2.5 hours with a 7:30am appt. my first oil change 6 months ago was “guaranteed” under an hour. You took 1.5 hours. Where’s my guarantee?? I went in for oil change and tire rotation. I got the price quoted to me and then I showed him a AAA card for a discount. Eric then said it was already discounted. I asked from what and he said well it's price quoted to me and then I showed him a AAA card for a discount. Eric then said it was already discounted. I asked from what and he said well it's a general discount. That should have no reflection on a AAA card in my opinion. I also did not see a reflection on the receipt of a discount. For oil change and tire rotation $80. What's the regular rate then? More
Very frustrating. Will no longer use Mark Christopher to have any type of service provided. It’s bad enough to have a brand new vehicle malfunction and not perform as intended but to have the dealer compou have any type of service provided. We bought a new Blazer and it only had one key. The dealer called me when the key fob came in. My wife made an appointment for 9:00 am. I got there at 9 and I was told 2 hours?? After I made an appointment and a key needed to be programmed? 3 hours later I was leaving?? WAY TOO LONG !!
