Poor communication Bad experience!!! I was told my car would be done at 1100 am. I dropped it off at my appointment time at 830 am. Just getting an oil change and a r Bad experience!!! I was told my car would be done at 1100 am. I dropped it off at my appointment time at 830 am. Just getting an oil change and a recall on the electrical system. At 1200 I called to check status. I received attitude from the man I spoke with. Then he said some female was assigned to me and would call in about 1 1/2 hrs. At about 130 I called back and was told it still wasn’t done. Then around 250 I called again and spoke to someone who said it was done and that the female never called me because she had to leave work early. I called back at 300 trying to get a shuttle ride and left a message but nobody ever returned my call. Poor service!!! And on top of it for the 2nd time I was told my car would be washed and when I picked it up I was told it was washed only to see it and see that it wasn’t washed!!! Very disappointed in how things are being ran here!!! More

Jodi Miller- CT6 I have a 2017 CT6 Cadillac I brought the car in for a thermostat sensor and a pinhole in the radiator it is covered under my extended warranty . My car was finally ready for pick up on November 29 and when I picked it up it was dirty and not washed. Today when I was driving to work I noticed the thermostat was not working again and I called the service department and they told me they do not have any learners available for a week but I can bring it in and they will look at it but I will not have a car. More
