Service I was explained the repairs and what parts were covered under my extended warranty and what would cost me out of pocket. I waited for my car. This was I was explained the repairs and what parts were covered under my extended warranty and what would cost me out of pocket. I waited for my car. This was my 2nd time to complete my service. The first day was last month I left my vehicle all day for a diagnostic check. A part needed to be ordered. When I made my appointment for yesterday they ordered the part to have it in stock. Not everything was covered under my extended warranty. I had to come back when I could budget the $500+ which was yesterday. More

1st year service Service only took an hour and was told it was going to be 4 hrs. Very quick and easy. Repairs were covered under warrantee, David Miller in the Service Department was outstanding. He was polite and kept me updated on a regular basis. Repairs were covered under warrantee, and so was a loaner vehicle. The loaner was almost new and an excellent vehicle to use during the 10 days of repair. Service technicians were thorough and caught an issue that was also resolved. The only negative critique was that my car was filthy when I picked it up. After 10 days of being on a lot, not garaged, it was worse than when it arrived there. In my experience, dealerships clean cars prior to returning to customers, especially after a long period. More
