Where do we start. ....i have a 2020 2500hd. i reported issues with the rear window spoiler leaking when the truck was under full coverage. Unfortunately due to time r ....i have a 2020 2500hd. i reported issues with the rear window spoiler leaking when the truck was under full coverage. Unfortunately due to time restrictions and failed attempts to schedule the repairs it was never corrected. Fast forward under the extended warranty they could not honor their notes in the system and repair the leaks under warranty. Instead i had to come out of pocket to cover deductible even though this was in their notes, date and time first reported. Very unhappy as the repairs were scheduled to be done at the same time i had the side mirrors replaced, under extended warranty again out of pocket separate. The truck was in there for multiple days when it was supposed to be a 1-2 day job. Could not get clear ETA on the glass sealer from their parts guy who then blames it on GM, which is them. So first trip in the mirrors are replaced and i leave the truck for 2 more days and the seal does not show due to inaccurate ETA, causing me to find alternate means of transportation. I took back the next week and now it should be a one day job as sealant is on hand however, at the end of the day i receive a message that the sealant is not reacting the way they anticipated so now i have to leave overnight, causing me to get an uber and find alternate means of transportation. Not once was a discount coupon offered or deduction in price as it negatively impacted me. Very sad that with all the technology and communication an accurate ETA for the sealant could not be determined and extended the time my vehicle was out of service 2 additional days. It felt like pulling teeth to get this done and expect good customer service. I would love to say Mark Christopher takes care of me and feel trust when taking my truck there, however this last experience just threw it off and even more sad is the fact that most of the service centers are below this level of service. More

I put 4 stars because the help I received was top notch. Car sucks tho. My car is a lemon but I still left there feeling good. Dino did an excellent job. I would buy a car from him any day. Came to replace my truck transmission which cost $7k and yet the truck was returned to me all dirty, all other dealerships wash costumers cars but they don't do it and that's not a great thing to deal with. yet the truck was returned to me all dirty, all other dealerships wash costumers cars but they don't do it and that's not a great thing to deal with. Besides that, I drop-off my truck with AC blowing cold air and was returned to me now working which only blows hot air, they told me it wasn't them who caused the leak on the AC.. well it happened under your care, not a coincidence for sure. More

We got the vehicle to the dealership on time, December 26. We got a call from Cesar about 10:15 telling us the technician said they couldn't do the job because the vehicle needed to be cleaned, and Mark Christopher could do it for $200. We weren't going to allow you to act as thieves, so we went back to the dealership. I asked Cesar to tell me specifically what was wrong. He said the few items I had on the floor and the child safety seat needed to be removed. We took the truck and addressed the "problem", then returned the truck. We were told later in the day that the truck wouldn't be ready until the next day. In the morning, we picked up our vehicle and left. I am absolutely disgusted with how poorly this situation was handled by you. Technicians get dirty on a regular basis, and to remove a few items from the floor and a child seat wasn't going to mess up anything for them. The technician was clearly being lazy. Cesar is also at fault here. He should have told the technician to proceed as a professional and get the work done. Because of this ineptness, the job took longer than it should have, and it also caused me, my wife, and kids to miss out on some needed relaxation time having to deal with this. The technician and Cesar were both disrespectful to us for wasting our time and not apologizing for it. As for the child seat, it takes about 1 minute to remove the seat and maybe 2 minutes to install it. If that is too much effort for the technician, that person should go work in a flower shop. Please do not contact me again, I don't want any more of my time wasted by you. I don't care if you're sorry for what happened. What I do care about is seeing professional businesses conduct themselves professionally. Thank you. More
brought my vehicle in for repairs in november picked my vehicle up dec 22 and on january 10th the car required towing for the same issue that was supposedly fixed. Went in for service was told no wait outside to get helped out, 20 min go by and no one came to help me out.
