I was shopping a new HD truck, had a Ford F250 Platinum on order, however I decided to check out the GMC Sierra 2500. After calling around dealerships, "Jerry Pena" from Mark Christopher lined me up to tes on order, however I decided to check out the GMC Sierra 2500. After calling around dealerships, "Jerry Pena" from Mark Christopher lined me up to test drive the 2024 AT4X HD. We also took out a Denali. He showed me multiple colors. He was very respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When a young man walks up asking to test drive the most expensive truck on the lot, it's easy to not take the person serious. Not a single moment went by where Jerry made me feel like I wasn't a serious buyer. Even though at the time, I was still undecided on buying a GMC over my custom ordered Ford. After days of pondering, shopping other dealerships, texting back and forth with Jerry, we were able to strike a deal over the phone three days later. Jerry and his General Manager Lloyd Beardsley stayed late that night waiting for me to come after work and provide a deposit. The truck was in high demand, I did not want to let it go. I did have my own financing through USAA, however since it was past their hours of operation, I was unable to get under contract with them, so Lloyd through together a makeshift contract so the truck will be held with my deposit, and ensured they will cancel the contract the next day once USAA sends the contract. Of course, signing a contract through GMC with a higher interest rate then what I was offered with USAA seemed fishy, and I was skeptical, however Lloyd and Jerry assured me they do not pull any nonsense and the dealership does not operate like that. I drove the truck one last time, signed a contract, gave the deposit, and came back two days later to pick up the truck. The truck did not have the kicker sound system installed in the tailgate, Jerry made sure that was completed for me. Two days later i arrived with my wife to take delivery of the truck, it too went seamless. Larry, the finance manager, did not push me in any way like I have been pushed before at other dealerships, especially when it comes to extended warranties, or added fee's, none of that nonsense. Of course, they offered the extended warranties, and did offer a discount, I respectfully declined, and it ended there. It was almost too good to be true, I was very skeptical. Everything worked out well, I highly recommend Mark Christopher GMC, especially the three Gentleman that assisted me through the process. Looking forward to maintaining relationships throughout my ownership and will be back for the next vehicle. More

It was okay. I had to wait four hours to get my car back, which seemed a long time to wait for the work that was being done. Then, when I got my car back, I couldn’t find my fob when I got home. I couldn’t restart the car without it. I drove back to the dealership to see if it was there and it wasn’t there. I called my wife and had her recheck the car. Eventually, she found it buried in my sunscreen on the side pocket of the door. There is really no excuse for placing it there. More

The service was for a recall which I had no idea that it needed at Anita. but it was quick and easy. I didn't have to stay there more than a 1/2 hour. Wasn't really informed and what was done.
