The refund for our oil changes was indeed given to us - so you will see that my review has been updated to ONLY include the MANY other issues that occurred during this horrific transaction. We may have received our refund, but only after 9 weeks of begging and pleading to receive money that we were promised by your staff. As I said above, it should not take a threat of a report to the BBB to get a business to return a phone call. This matter may have been concluded thanks to our persistence, but I hope everyone knows that you "caring" for your customers is a sad lie and if you think that you can pat yourself on the back and think this matter has been "solved", then you are kidding yourself. To everyone who may see Mark Kia's reply, this matter was NOT solved in a professional manner at all. And "cared for", we were not.
