DISHONEST DEALERSHIP DO NOT BUY HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just about everything that could have gone wrong with buying our car here went wrong. Once we pur DO NOT BUY HERE. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just about everything that could have gone wrong with buying our car here went wrong. Once we purchased the car, we realized that there was $3k PLUS worth of extra items being applied to our bottom line that we either not informed about OR told them NOT to apply to our car but they did anyway. Once we brought this to the dealership's attention, they offered to refund about $3k and apply the amount to the principal on our balance. We were appreciative and waited the 6 to 8 weeks they informed us it would take for the bank to receive the money. Once we reached week 9, we were starting to worry. We called both our salesman and the finance department but no one bothered to answer our multiple calls. We were then told by the accountant Juan that we could call him on Monday between 11-12 and he would inform us about the status of our money and that we “weren’t his only customers” as if that justified his neglect in getting us our promised money in a reasonable amount of time. By Monday, SURPRISE, there was no call and no one was picking up. No one returned our calls. It was only when I sent a direct complaint via email, threatening to call the Better Business Bureau, that our check was overnighted. It’s frankly pathetic that’s this is what it took to get our deserved money back. It’s also sad that this could have been solved fin Juan and Frank had been more transparent in the buying process. They knew we were novice buyers - newlywed students- and took advantage of our trust because they wanted our money. Terrible business. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. More

Fairly pleasant, couple hiccups We purchased our 16' Sorento the first day of the year and I have to say it wasn't too bad maybe 2-3 hours of negotiations with Ryan Mcdade(our salesm We purchased our 16' Sorento the first day of the year and I have to say it wasn't too bad maybe 2-3 hours of negotiations with Ryan Mcdade(our salesman). He was a great guy and pleasant to work with. His sales manager Chip was also a good guy to work with. But their manager tried to charge me for Lo jack $695(that I did not ask for), lifetime window tint $695(that I did not ask for) and the $795 Certified Warranty. How ridiculous is that? A dealer has to do a vehicle inspection anyways and their going to try and charge me to certify it NO! My father in law has been a car salesman for 30 years and never heard of such a ridiculous charge! After all that we picked the car up in the evening so the next morning my wife came out she saw a crack in the windshield right behind the rear view mirror. Long story short at first they tried to claim it wasn't there before we picked up the car. They ended up checking the on the lot pictures of the car and saw the crack, so they sent someone out to our house to replace it. The only other obstacle we had was when we made the deal (this was a cash deal with a trade in) I had told the salesman I would agree to a certain amount if we could pay the rest at the end of the month. They agreed no problem but a week later I was getting a call from Marciella in the finance department telling me my check couldn't pass some guarantee. But she couldn't explain how the guarantee worked so we ended up going down and having to pay the rest in cash. From the start I wasn't really happy the way that Marciella handled everything in finance. We really couldn't get very straight answers about aftermarket warranties, the certified warranty info, or even the 3 free months of satellite radio. I feel they could have been more informative in that department. Other than that we are very pleased with our Kia. we love it! More
You made my wife’s day It was time to get a new car if we wanted one or not. One more child meant getting a minivan. When given the choice between a Toyota or Kia my wife preferred to stay with the Kia brand. She is loyal to the core. We have purchased 3 kias in a row sportage, sorento and now the Sedona. My wife has always had the duty of getting the maintenance done on the car and we prefer to use the dealers. We have used Tempe, Horne and Mark Kia. My wife chose Mark Kia to buy the new van because she prefers their service dept. But thanks to our two sales people we will buy our next Kia at Mark Kia. We felt No push, they even went to another lot get a lesser costing model so we could literally compare the top of the line next to the economy model. We made our purchase and were out the door in less than two hours! But what really made me want to write this is our sales person Emmanuel Nolan went the extra mile when cleaning out our old sorento to return my wife’s original pictures of our Angel who will never get to ride in the new car. She passed in 2012 and the gesture brought tears to her eyes. Thank you Manny and Mark Kia. More
