Deceptive sales. No follow up. Do not shop here. I purchased a vehicle here and they tried to include 700$ for tint which I specifically said I did not want. The ‘included’ warantee they added 2500$ I purchased a vehicle here and they tried to include 700$ for tint which I specifically said I did not want. The ‘included’ warantee they added 2500$ to a 10000 dollar car. I had to drive 50 miles back to this dealership and resign because of an error on their part. I was promised a follow up call which never came. Do not shop here More

Service recall Took my daughters Kia Sportage in to update software. Was greeted upon arrival. Told it would take about an hour or so. Pushy and not customer oriented The salesman weren’t too bad but the management was extremely pushy and were xxxx bent on not letting me leave. They low balled the vehicle I was want The salesman weren’t too bad but the management was extremely pushy and were xxxx bent on not letting me leave. The receptionist ignored us when we walked in and had an additude with us when we asked for the salesman we talked to. Overall all they cared about was moving product and didn’t care how the customer felt. They also left a half eaten Oreo in the cup holder of the vehicle I test drove. I would never buy here and neither should you. More
