The only reason I gave the dealership two stars is their selection. They lost both keys to the car in which my wife and I had interest. We were told two new keys would be cut on Mon morning and we would be selection. They lost both keys to the car in which my wife and I had interest. Subsequently, we found out the car had been sold on Sunday (we were there on Saturday) sans keys. I know we were just one potential customer, but we were treated very poorly, will never return and will tell our friends not to visit Mark KIA. EE More
