Sales was a little bumpy but the sales people got it done and were very nice, any small issues were taken care of. My son wreck his new car and we went back to get another from them. Problem is all their dealer add-ons are considered worthless by the insurance company (they are) so we were out $2500 right there. Worse is the extended warranty. We were told Kia only had a one year warranty, not 10. So we purchased the extra warranty that Mark Kia claimed could be refunded the first year since the warranty would not kick in yet. Of course now they say that's not how it works, the pro-rating starts the moment you purchase the warranty, not when coverage starts. Uhhh...ok. So they keep $200 of the $2000 or whatever I paid. It gets worse, they dont want to give that money back either. Insurance company already sent them everything they need. Now they claim I need a special form from them notarized but the form is not available so I am out of luck, they are really sorry though. Been calling Mark Kia for a few months now leaving messages for the warranty person but they never call back. We have to get lawyers now and my kid is still without a car. Obviously they blew what should have been a very easy sale. Thats the problem with most dealerships, jumping over a dollar to grab a penny. Of course the dealership is mostly rude whenever we call, they have our money and just dont see the problem. Never giving up fighting for my money back, ever. More

We went to multiple Kia and other brand dealerships before this one. Some of those other ones resulted in wasting half a day negotiating, and more phone calls/texts for weeks after the fact. My husband and I decided to drive almost an hour to Mark Kia because we were hopeful after calling in and speaking to DeMarko on the phone. Good thing he is the one who answered when we called! We came in and met with DeMarko. He was friendly, down to earth, and we didn't have to keep going back and forth with him. He was pleasant to work with, and I did not get any "car sales guy" vibes. He got us where we needed to be (even a little UNDER budget) and it was PAINLESS! I am glad we shopped around so we at least knew what to expect out there. That is how we realized Mark Kia was the place to make the final purchase. If you are looking for a new or pre-owned car, I recommend going to Mark Kia and asking to meet with DeMarko. More
