You knew what car i was coming to see and when and didn't bother to tell me the car wasn't working or ready to be seen. Then I still wanted to buy it tried to hide the fact it had a salvaged title. I love Mark Kia for the modern building with clean facilities, the complimentary popcorn is delicious, their large cooler always full of cold bottled water and every employee walking around have smile facilities, the complimentary popcorn is delicious, their large cooler always full of cold bottled water and every employee walking around have smiles on their faces which lead one to believe they have great management. The salesman are very nice and always present, ready to help out customers and their communication is top notch with text alerts and lobby check-ins. My car always gets a complimentary wash and the service is done as quoted. I’m never pressured to purchase unnecessary services and I really feel they care for MY car the way they would for their own family members. It’s true, Mark Kia is a place where families come together! I would strongly recommend! More
