I came down to check out a Niro EV. Well, the day I went in he was off, but again, he was the reason I even went to Mark Kia. So, the day I went in I met Derrek. I am 62 years old, retired U.S. Marine MSgt and have bought A LOT of cars...drives my wife crazy. I traded in my 2018 Toyota Tacoma double cab, which I just bought a year ago, for my new Niro. Derrek was awesome right from the start respected my veteran status and stayed in touch with me while I was waiting for my Niro to come in. I was going to get the EV EX and not the premium. However, the date kept changing on when it was coming in as it is stuck, like many other things on all of the ships stuck off the California coast waiting to get into port and unload. Soooo, I decided to buy the EX Premium I had test driven since it was already at the dealer still on the lot. The GM, I am not sure of his name, knocked 5000 off it...basically the dealer markup and sold it to me for the online listed MSRP that was on the sticker. I was very please and picked it up yesterday. Like I said I have bought a lot of cars and Juan in the finance dept was the easiest finance person I ever worked with......he was professional, thorough, explained everything perfectly, and was not pushy. When it came to the extended warranty, he reduced the initial price he quoted me quite drastically. I can only hope that their service dept is as good as everyone else I dealt with. Demarco Martinez, Derrek Gradijan, and Juan Rodriguez were just outstanding. I have already mentioned them to several friends who are thinking of going full electric. I am very pleased with every aspect of my experience at Mark Kia!!! More

I slipped and fell into a new car. Shane the Cowboy was there waiting for me when I pulled in. From the moment I rolled my window down to him sticking my temp plate on the back window, Shane the Cowboy was there waiting for me when I pulled in. From the moment I rolled my window down to him sticking my temp plate on the back window, I had an outstanding experience. This guy knows what he's doing and does it well! I didn't come to buy a car. I came to avoid spending money at the mall, actually. I had intentions on making my new car move in a few months but Shane took the time to get to know me, my needs, my likes and dislikes, everything - and then helped me to find the perfect fit for all of the above. I ended up in an SUV that I had never previously looked at in my year or so of research and, turns out, I'm in love! With the SUV, not the cowboy. lol If you need someone that will take the time to get to know your needs and make you feel comfortable, Shane the Cowboy is your guy. Go see him! Outside of that, the energy and vibes this place has are so positive and welcoming. Polite, inviting, professional. I ran out of stars at 5, but would love to give more to everyone on the MARK KIA team. More
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated Jose's follow up and resolution of the what began as a very frustrating situation with the lug nuts, and subsequently the rim, of my Paci appreciated Jose's follow up and resolution of the what began as a very frustrating situation with the lug nuts, and subsequently the rim, of my Pacifica. It's because of Jose's attentiveness that I have a good perception of the service department after the whole ordeal. Whenever I left a voicemail, Jose followed up within the day. When the repair was going to take significantly longer than expected, Jose came with a loaner car key in his hand so that I wouldn't even have to ask. While there was an additional delay with a used/mismatched rim, it was ultimately corrected without pushback. The only negative experience during this time was with a different service adviser that tried to "help" when I needed to address the rim mismatch. He proceeded to argue with me on what rim was replaced when he ultimately knew nothing about the whole situation. I wish I'd gotten his name, as I'd never schedule with him. Mark Kia needs more "Jose"s in the service department (and less of the other guy). Thanks again to Jose for all your help resolving my issues. More
In my personal opinion, this dealership is one of the best in the valley! Family owned dealer. They are honest and do what they can to help you out! If your looking for a good salesman I would highly recommend Robert Lemon, he’s not your typical annoying salesman. He actually listens to your concerns, likes/dislikes and goes above and beyond to help you out. I was very impressed with how our situation was handled. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE! More
