Car buying can be extremely stressful and dealership experiences when buying cars are all-day affairs. Not at Mark Kia. First, let me tell you that Abdul was by far the best salesperson we have had the pleasure of working with. I wouldn't go to anyone else, period. He was not pushy, he was polite, he listened and worked with what we were looking for and needed. He was very attentive and worked extremely hard to see what he could do for us. He made sure to introduce us to Service Department, to our Service Advisor and followed up with a call to simply check on us. The little things that go such a long way. As for the dealer, the finance piece was so quick, smooth and well positioned throughout the process. Maricella was very efficient, personal, courteous and wanted to make sure the experience was great and we understood every single thing with the contract. I simply cannot say enough about Mark Kia. I rarely ever give dealerships top marks but Mark Kia deserves it, all around and if you are in search of a Kia (which I highly recommend after 3 Tellurides and now a Forte), go see Abdul, accept no one else and you will see what a truly magnificent experience is all about. The sales manager I worked with after I experienced a pr THIEVES AND LIARS! Management refuses to acknowledge this customer with valid concerns. The sales manager I worked with after I experienced a problem with my deal got extremely emotional in one of our interactions, told me they would NOT own up to their word, then after I left saying I'll talk to my lawyer, I got a call back from the GM saying they'll do whatever it takes. I can only imagine how often this happens with employees like theirs. They also cost me over 700 dollars by not filing registration properly on my deal. They refuse to talk to me about it. I took my vehicle in for a covered repair, then the next time I start it two days later, all of the sudden it needs a repair that isn't covered AND a new battery. This is a 2017 vehicle that had been working flawlessly until i brought it in to them. I believe they did this to my vehicle intentionally due to my past interactions with them and my negative review. This places makes a habit of lying to the customer and not doing their job. Zero customer service ability or availability. They have cost me money and ignore any attempts to communicate to have this resolved. Make sure you file all of the necessary paperwork yourself as they fail to do so and will not own up to it or even respond to customers with these valid issues. I have spent too much time dealing with problems that should never have happened if people would simply do their jobs. BEWARE!!! More
