Was looking to buy a new car after selling my truck. I used a third party lender to get approved - The dealership before Mark Kia did their typical sales tactics (Courtesy Kia). I was ready to give up but I tried again and now found one at Mark KIA. I submitted my information and the following morning I got a call from Rob Lemon (Robert). I immediately told him what I was looking for and what I was approved for and told him I’ve reached my xx level from the day before. He didn’t hustle, spit out typical car sales crap - he simply said your approval is valid here and my goal is to get you the car - that simple. You have questions - I’ll answer. He then said he wanted this to be a positive experience and meet my expectations. I outlined what those were and he said okay, let me go see what I can make work. He was very responsive and no xx. Needless to say, at no point did I feel pressure or as if I was being taken of. A couple of other notes: Rob has been there for 7 yrs. if you know about car sales (especially in the AZ heat), that’s hard to accomplish. The finance guy, started as a lot attendant and is now in finance. He said that Mark Kia changed his life. All the folks that I interacted with were genuinely positive.
