Working with Josh Zulker and Mark Kia has undoubtedly been my most pleasant experience out of them all. Josh was extremely helpful, polite, and no nonsense. I talked to Josh for a while on the phone and within the hour I was driving to Mark Kia to look at and purchase my vehicle. Josh ensured that the vehicle was recently serviced (oil change, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid were all clean and at acceptable levels.
