Dishonest Finance Department, Poor Customer Service Johnny was very good, but the finance department is dishonest and the customer service is poor. The finance employee makes you initial your acceptance Johnny was very good, but the finance department is dishonest and the customer service is poor. The finance employee makes you initial your acceptance of the extended warranty BEFORE you get the breakdown of costs, and then refuses to change document. If you have any follow-up questions after you purchase your vehicle, good luck reaching them. They took three months to answer basic questions I had and provide me with a rebate check I was promised for my plane ticket. Bottom line is to avoid Mark Kia even if the sticker price is slightly lower - you will end up paying for it in other ways. More

Worst Service Have taken my car in 4 times for the same issue and everytime they have found something else wrong with the car. It is a brand new 2019, I can't believe it can have that many issues. The initial issue was not resolved. The last time I dropped it off they told me they would keep it until it was resolved. They had my car sitting in their lot for over a week and have not even moved my car. They tried to tell me they had been trying but I could see on the Kia app that the car had not been moved. since the 19th. I had to call for them to tell me the car was ready, after they had done nothing in a week. Terrible communication. More
The experience of the dealership was made by Joey's attentiveness. He went above and beyond to make sure issues were taken care of completely.
